Is there a max limit on group size for an Association Health Plan?

For UHC, the max limit is 50 ATNE (average total number of employees).

Nothing in the new regulations prohibits other carriers from allowing larger groups, but Mark Bellman says “there aren’t good reasons to quite frankly.”
