From Mark Bellman: Time will tell. Fundamentally it should, but (getting philosophical) is anything really going to work? Isn’t everything in the end a passing fancy? If your group can get a good rate and it is fully insured with a good carrier, why wouldn’t you take it? Especially with the back drop of ACR always being available.
